For 10+ years, Ebony has spent her time learning and speaking at community events and becoming a premier host and organizer within communities. Ebony always had the premonition that one day; she would care for and educate her own, in one way or another. Part of her philosophy is that quality education in a well-rounded environment is key to the success of our world. And she was able to see that first hand through her participation and partnership in the Zanzibar International Film Festival in Tanzania, where she visited the Happy Center, a nonprofit that promotes children’s excellence in the Arts, in the summer of 2017.

Ebony's work encapsulates her problem solving skills to galvanize communities. From her National and International Partnerships to her UX Case Study, Infographics to Instructional and Training Courses, she aims to solve real-world problems in creative ways all in the name of bringing communities and youth together.

Planning, organizing and designing to create engaging programs, events, content and products is her passion. Self-proclaimed as the Upskill Queen, Ebony prides herself in challenging herself by learning new concepts and implementing ideas in order to reach the masses.
