The Director of the MMCC Afterschool Program expressed concern of the effective planning and management the Counselors had. As the Education Specialist, I was able to observe these concerns first hand. It was clear that a professional development was needed. I created this interactive Instructor led (myself) training for the Counselors. At the conclusion of this training, I initiated immediate feedback. Unanimously, they found the information very useful. Over the next few weeks, I observed the Counselors to see much improvement.
